I have now lost 93 pounds since the Spring.
I have reached my first goal of being just under 200 pounds.
My BMI is 27.
I have been losing weight the old fashioned way with a healthy, medically supervised 1100 calorie diet that has no starchs and no fruit. The doctors are satisfied and I have been able to eliminate some medicines because my cholestrol, blood sugar and blood pressure are now in a very healthy range.
I have been disguarding clothes and retriving clothes that are from 10 years ago.
I plan to reach about 150 pounds and a BMI of 21 next year. I have been there before and was about that level for around 10 years so I know how to maintain that level.

I've lost 21 pounds in the last 3 or 4 months. Was 177 (at 5'-6"), now 156, hope to be 133 or somewhere near it. My feet don't hurt any more! People kept telling me I looked fine. It's hard to tell when you're too heavy sometimes, but when I bought my new car... they took my picture with my car for a calender. When they mailed it to me... I was appalled.
I started walking every day, and that suppressed my appetite quite a bit.
