Below is modified copy of selected House races from Pollster.com. The seats selected are ones currently held by Republicans, where Democrats are ahead in the polls, or the race is considered a toss-up. It looks like Democrats will pick up at least 20 seats in the House of Representatives, and maybe as many as 26. (Of course, this is barring major electoral fraud, which is a definite possibility.) Since the Democrats need 15 seats to retake the majority, it looks like they will likely take control by slim margin.

After reviewing the latest numbers from pollster.com, it looks like Democrats will likely win 21 new seats. Another 13 seats are complete toss-ups as best I can tell. So Dems could win as many as 34, if Dems took all of the new "toss-up" seats. This is assuming no new seats come into play. (In the last week, another previously Republican seat in Idaho went into the toss-up category.
