Do you have any links to Arizona? I recently bought land in Mohave County. Rumor has it that home prices are continuing to rise there. Is Arizona considered a bubble area?

RL, I do have some general links to nationwide price information, which includes Arizona prices. It appears that home price appreciation will slow to 2-3% in Phoenix and Tucson in 2006, and then will decline around 4% in those areas in 2007. It doesn't appear that prices will sink in Arizona they way they will in California. Below is a link to this information. HousingPriceForecasts

Unlawful,
Thanks for the links. That's a good start. I'm still trying to find some more specific information. I can't count on real estate agents, since they all say the housing market is in fine shape. According to some of the local news in Mohave County, home prices are increasing. I have no idea why. I can't be a bubble area. There just aren't enough people there. There's nothing else there but tumble weeds and desert.

Rlblkfrd, This may not be exactly what you're looking for, but I found a link to a blog site regarding Phoenix, AZ, home prices and sales. According to the author, the inventory of homes is increasing rapidly. Also, about half the homes on the market supposedly have no one living in them. Let me know if this is helpful. Here's the link: globaleconomicanalysis.blogspot.com/2006/03/bubble-busting-phoenix.html

Bob,
Thanks for the links. It looks like the Housing Bubble is finally exploding. I'll have to post more on this later.
