Very interesting and sad at the same time. Another interesting number from the same site was the crash in Median Household Wealth from 2007 to 2013. Median Household Wealth dropped a whopping $54,200!!!...from $135,400 down to $82,200. That's a -40% change. To put this 'median' collapse in perspective, 50% of Households lost MORE than $54K over the 6-year period from 2007-2013. Combine that with continuing real wage declines, and you've got an absolute NON-recovery from the Recession. We're still in Recession, and the majority of Americans have seen no improvement whatsoever. To the contrary, the majority of Americans financial well-being is continuing to decline. demomemo.blogspot.com/2014/09/household-wealth-2007-to-2013.html
