Stating the obvious here, but the mission is complete in Iraq - Saddam gone, and no WMD's. Its time for the Iraqi's to get their own house in order.
Our troops have done their jobs and well. Its time for some to come home, and the rest sent back over to Afghanistan to fight the resurging Taliban and Al Queda - remember these guys? You know the ones that actually were behind the 9-11 attacks?

We've accomplished all we can possibly accomplish in Iraq. There are no WMDs. There never were any WMDs. Saddam has not only been removed from power, he's been executed.
There's nothing our military can do to force a peace between the Sunnis and the Shia, or even the infighting among the Shia. All we can do is enable them to perpetuate their sectarian conflicts, and serve as cannon fodder for all sides in the current civil war.
We need to get out ASAP. The only thing slowing us down should be how fast we can safely withdraw our troops.
Any mission we could have accomplished in Iraq has already been accomplished. It's time to leave.
