Wow, great find!
When pundits and 'reporters' on all the major networks start repeating the exact same talking points at the very same moment about a particular issue, you have to be pretty slow if you don't realize they are all pretty much just reading to us from the latest Karl Rove & company fax from the White House. But this important article provides a revealing look at the propaganda ministry's manipulative workings.
And these military 'experts' have had their objectivity so completely compromised, I'll probably laugh out loud the next time I see one on TV, pretending to have an objective opinion. It is disgusting and yet familiar to see network officials cop out by saying the onus is on their annalists to disclose their conflicts.
With me, the credibility gap in the news media just widened to a chasm. The press pool truly is a cesspool.

Great article. Below is a picture of 6 generals who were involved in this propaganda campaign. from the article: " Analysts have been wooed in hundreds of private briefings with senior military leaders, including officials with significant influence over contracting and budget matters, records show. They have been taken on tours of Iraq and given access to classified intelligence. They have been briefed by officials from the White House, State Department and Justice Department, including Mr. Cheney, Alberto R. Gonzales and Stephen J. Hadley.
In turn, members of this group have echoed administration talking points, sometimes even when they suspected the information was false or inflated. Some analysts acknowledge they suppressed doubts because they feared jeopardizing their access."

I'm surprised Gen. David Grange, ret., isn't on the list. He's Mr. Mealy Mouth. Whenever he's finished talking to Lou Dobbs, I ask myself, "What did he say?"
Note that neither Dobbs nor Olbermann are talking about this.

Umm, maybe Olbermann did mention it in his segment, "Bushed," but that's hardly in depth, nor worthy of the impact to our Constitution the story deserves.

I just finished reading all 11 pages. This is significant. If you don't have time to read the whole thing, at least click on 'How the Pentagon Spread its Message' in the multimedia column on the left, so you can watch the video clip.
There's a lot to learn from the Q&A segment too: After 2 years of coverup it took a court order to pry these documents from the Pentagon. Even at that they are still failing to meet court ordered deadlines for producing additional records.

Like Bush, some of these liars need to be brought up on charges of treason. Betrayus is a name that should be given to some of these Benedict Arnolds. When they lie to the American people, they commit treason, the betrayal of a trust, plain and simple. Like the White House, the Pentagon needs a good cleaning out.
