Ron Paul took 2nd in the Nevada Republican caucus, after Mitt Romney. He edged out John McCain by 1 percentage point. Below are the final results with all precincts counted. Nevada is not a typical state, because it (along with Idaho and Arizona) has a large Mormon population. I believe Wyoming does, too.

Thats a nice validation for Paul - perhaps some will finally start to take some of his issues like monetary policy and foreign interventionism and trade seriously, nice to hope but probably not.
I can see how Nevadans could be a natural constituency for Paul, given their libertarian tendancies on legalized prostitution and gambling and so forth
