Excellent article. It explained step-by-step how H1B visas increase outsourcing.
Though it's falsely claimed that hiring these visa workers is not about suppressing wages, the following passage gives lie to assertion:
"And examples of approved H-1B applications show how big the cost savings can be. In 2006, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) rubber-stamped applications by HCL America, a major offshore outsourcing firm, to import 75 computer software engineers at annual salary of $24,710. That's a 70 percent discount on the median wage rate for those occupations and a far cry from the $100,000 claimed by Microsoft's Bill Gates. In fact low wages for H-1Bs is the norm. "
I like Ron Hira's closing statement:
"A country with an effective labor-market policy would have no H-1B program at all."

And then the globalists will complain that there are not enough American software engineers when they are making sure that any American who goes into software engineering won’t even be able to pay off their college debt with the wages that are being offered.
And the sad part is that even companies who don’t want to follow the “low wage” is the route to profit model are being forced because their competitors are
