There are some other common items still made in the USA as well.
Most Suave products are made in the USA, including their deodorant, shampoo, and liquid soap.
CVS toothbrushes are made in the USA.
Ralph's brand Saltine Crackers are made in the USA.
Newman's Own cookies are made in the USA.
It would be helpful to all Americans would check labels, and try to purchase "Made in USA"-labeled products when possible.
It would be even more helpful if Americans stopped shopping at Wal-Mart, as they are the world's biggest purchasers of Chinese made products, making them the biggest single cause of American job loss.

I read somewhere that if Walmart were a country, it would be China's seventh largest trading partner.

While I appreciate what you say, bws, "Trading Partner" is corporate speak. It's almost a total seller-buyer setup, and we as buyers are being bullied by the seller, thanks to our treasonous government.

I understand where you are coming from and I completely agree, graybeard.

I bought my kids some Crayola markers yesterday and noticed they are still made in the USA. I should be able to buy everything they want for Christmas without ever going near a Walmart. In fact, I challenge everyone on this board to do the same.
