Bush Legacy: Iraqi Orphans Help Build Shoe-Throwing MonumentBy David Knowles "Via CNN:
A huge sculpture of the footwear hurled at President Bush in December during a trip to Iraq has been unveiled in a ceremony at the Tikrit Orphanage complex.
Assisted by children at the home, sculptor Laith al-Amiri erected a brown replica of one of the shoes hurled at Bush and Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki by journalist Muntadhir al-Zaidi during a press conference in Baghdad."news.aol.com/political-machine/2009/01/30/bush-legacy-iraqi-orphans-help-build-shoe-throwing-monument/

I wonder what our ForeFathers would think about throwing shoes at Bush?

The British obviously like the idea! With unusual candor, China reports shoe throwingBy HENRY SANDERSON, Associated Press Writer BEIJING – It hesitated for hours over the sensitive footage of a British protester shouting "dictator" and throwing a shoe at Premier Wen Jiabao. I didn't see the shoe actually thrown at China's leader.
But Bush's ducking on the shoe-throw was very impressive. He looked like a boxer ducking a punch. I think he's had some practice somewhere.
In order to get that "practice," one usually has to block a few punches with their face. Maybe that's why Bush was so stupid--he blocked one-too-many punches with his face.
