Remind me who got elected. Was it Bush? It sure seems like Bush today. I imagine the sounds of disbelief among ecologists must be deafening. ======================================================== President Barack Obama on Wednesday announced a plan to expand oil drilling off US coasts, drawing protests from green groups but charges by Republicans it did not go far enough. news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20100331/sc_afp/uspoliticsenergyoil_20100331171115

Remind me who got elected. Was it Bush? It sure seems like Bush today. I keep waiting for Obama to announce that he's switched parties.

Clinton was the best Republican of the late 20th century. Mr. Compromise is a post turtle. He got put on a high post, doesn't know how he got there, and doesn't know what to do or how to get down.
Obama gives away his bargaining chips before the game starts.

I imagine the sounds of disbelief among ecologists must be deafening.
Too bad for them, but Obie is actually spot on, he's smart enough to realize that "green energy" replacement sources aren't up to the task by any measure. Something the intellectually fraudulent "ecologists don't have the integrity to admit.
It's just like the much ballyhooed electric car and clean electricity bandied about by ecologists/climate changers as solutions, etc. The lying sacks of shit don't tell you that the energy used to charge those high toxic car batteries come from coal and nuclear fired power plants.
But it gets better, these same frauds were touting large scale wet solar farms as energy solutions. Only they didn't tell us they drink as much water as coal plants(which is real bad for us who live in the west and southwest) and that they destroyed the desert ecosystem where they are built. Guess for ecologists its ok to destroy the environment if its for a politically correct project.
